My favorite time of the year is the transition of summer to fall. Those last days of August and beginning of September are perfect in terms of weather – days are warm and evenings have a cool breeze in them that makes you want to walk outside for hours…
The last couple of days have been incredibly warm – that’s probably why I’m thinking of summer and fall. It is kind of unusual in Colorado to have 70 degrees outside in January. Although Colorado is considered to be a very sunny state (we get more sunny days in a year than Florida), the temperatures change pretty rapidly, especially in winter. I’m sure we will have some snow either this weekend or early next week.
