Blue Flowers

I first thought these were Bell Flowers, but after looking at some images on Google, I discovered that they look different. Any ideas on what these are?

    Nasim -

These are fairly common in the Colorado mountains and sometimes have both pink as well as the blue blossoms. I believe they are either Tall Chiming Bells or Lanceleaf Bells. Mertensia ciliata or Mertensia lanceolata according to one website I looked at. I have enjoyed your website. Happy Trails-

These are called mountain bluebells, the pink ones are flowers that are dying. We have lots of them in the mountains in Montana. Enjoyed your site!

Diane, thank you for the information! Mountain bluebells certainly sounds right and the images also match :)
