These are fairly common in the Colorado mountains and sometimes have both pink as well as the blue blossoms. I believe they are either Tall Chiming Bells or Lanceleaf Bells. Mertensia ciliata or Mertensia lanceolata according to one website I looked at. I have enjoyed your website. Happy Trails-

These are called mountain bluebells, the pink ones are flowers that are dying. We have lots of them in the mountains in Montana. Enjoyed your site!
