personalities as Ferganiy, Khorezmiy, Beruniy, and Ulugbek and that the sons of this sacred land who made great contributions to world civilization have yielded to none in wit and
scientific potential. In this respect, it will be no exaggeration to say that you, our keen-witted boys and girls, are the stars of the people's hopes and aspirations who will further
strengthen the foundation of our great future.
No doubt after finishing your studies and returning home, you will spare no pains in making the life of the people and country more prosperous at the expense
